• ALL homework passed out on Monday is DUE
• BOTH Sections 1 & 2 from Chapter 11 are to be Read
• Discuss and finish Chapter 11 - Section 1

Friday - 1/30

• QUIZ - Chapter 11 - Section 1
• Introduce and discuss Section 2
• Homework will be assigned over the weekend

New Chapters & Schedule for the Week of 1/26 - 1/30

Chapters 11 & 12: The Age of Imperialism (1850 - 1914)

***We will combine both Chapters 11 & 12 because they both cover Imperialism and this time period. In these chapters, we will study which countries led the Age of Imperialism, why this time period took place, the positive and negative effects of Imperialism, the leaders involved, the wars around the world and why Imperialism was one of the major causes of World War I.

Some of you still need to make up Tests and/Quizzes. You have until Monday 1/26 by 3:00pm to do so or it will be a ZERO

• As of right now you will be doing MAP TESTING during my history class period on this day
• Assignments will be due on Thursday

• Read Chapter 11 - Section 2 (pages 345 - 350)

• Finish Section 2
• I will attach an assignment here (by Sunday) that will be due on Friday
